Union Quality Plastics Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 28^th July, 1984. It was then converted to Public Company on 25^th November, 1992 and was listed on Bombay Stock Exchange on 18^th April, 1995. Its Registered Office is in Mumbai and Corporate Office is in Hyderabad.
The Company is the manufacturer of polyethylene fabric based products for packing, shelter, waterproofing and horticultural applications. It is an ISO 9001 certified Organization and its products such as tarpaulins, canal linings and Vermibeds are BIS certified. The tarpaulins as per IS: 7903 are supplied to various Zilla Parishad, Panchayat Samiti in Gujarat State. Geomembrane as per IS: 15351 is used for water proofing lining under NHM Scheme and Vermibed BIS 15907 is another product supplied under NHM.

It has frequently supplied tarpaulins to relief Organizations and have thereby developed the ability to deliver high quality materials with short lead times.
