The Company was incorporated on 28 th July, 1984 and listed on Bombay Stock Exchange on 18 th April, 1995. The Company’s factory is located at Plot 204, G.I.D.C Industrial Estate, Umbergaon, District Valsad, Gujarat-396171 and its Registered Office is located at 209/A, Shyam Kamal Building, CHS Limited, Agarwal Market, Tejpal Road, Vile Parle East, Mumbai, Maharashtra-400057. The Company is the manufacturer of polyethylene fabric based products for packing, shelter, waterproofing and horticultural applications. Our Organization is an ISO 9001 certified and our tarpaulins, canal linings and Vermibeds are BIS certified. The tarpaulins as per IS: 7903 are supplied to various Zilla Parishad, Panchayat Samiti in Gujarat State. Geomembrane as per IS: 15351 is used for water proofing lining under NHM Scheme and Vermibed BIS 15907 is another product supplied under NHM. We have frequently supplied our tarpaulins to relief Organizations and have thereby developed the ability to deliver high quality materials with short lead times.
